Printing House of The Royal Academy of Cambodia was established by Decision No. 011/25 S.S.R. on February 10, 2025 on the “Establishment of Publishing House of Royal Academy of Cambodia”. Printing House of The Royal Academy of Cambodia established to manage and direct publications at the Royal Academy of Cambodia.
Publishing House of The Royal Academy of Cambodia has the following duties:
| - Responsible for printing and publishing documents |
| - Responsible for planning of printing and releasing documents |
| - Responsible for writing |
| - Responsible for reviewing and deciding on articles to be published |
| - Responsible for coordinating the collection of articles from institutes for publication |
| - Responsible for content, spelling, and style of the text |
| - Collaborate with national and international publishing houses to increase publishing efficiency and develop publishing |
| - Responsible for carrying out other duties assigned by the Royal Academy of Cambodia. |

The Department of Publications and Libraries of the Secretariat General of the Royal Academy of Cambodia is the general secreatery of the Publishing House of The Royal Academy of Cambodia , which has the following duties:

| - Responsible for spell checking before printing |
| - Responsible for coordinating general tasks in the printing process |
| - Responsible for performing other duties assigned by the Author Dirctor and Publication President. |
